All external walls are in one piece bonded sandwich
construction, incorporating
softwood framing 71mm x 38mm @ 600mm centres.
Insulated with 71mm flame
retardant polystyrene (density - 20kgs per cubic
metre). Lined externally with 0.7mm plastisol coated
HDG steel (Class 0 and internally with 15mm painted
firecheck board giving 60 minute fire rating inside to
comply with British Standards 476. U-value of 0.37(wm2K).
